Website and pre-registration terms
These terms cover the Tilocto website and the pre-registration list. Full terms of service for accounts come with the opening on 1 December 2026.
Who we are
Tilocto and this website are run by TUSA Information Technologies (“we”). Using the website or pre-registering means you accept these terms.
The website
The website describes Tilocto, a personal workspace for notes, tables and markets. Its first picture is a screenshot of the app; the other screens are illustrations with sample data. Features, dates and anything else described here may change before or after the opening.
Pre-registration
- Pre-registering is free. It puts your name and email address on a list, so that we can email you when your access opens and on 1 December 2026.
- It doesn't give you a right to an account, a place in line, a date, a price or any feature. We plan to let pre-registered people in before everyone else, in the order they signed up, but we may change the plan, the dates or the list, or close pre-registration.
- Use your own name and an email address you control. We may delete registrations that look fake, automated or abusive.
- You can stop the emails or delete your registration at any time, from the link in each email. How we handle your details is in the privacy policy.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this website or in Tilocto is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Charts, prices, alerts, portfolios, backtests, news and the AI's answers are tools for your own research; market data can be delayed or wrong, and the decisions are yours.
AI can be wrong
Answers, summaries, translations and anything else the AI writes can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check what matters at the source.
Content and marks
The website's text, design and pictures and the Tilocto name and logo belong to TUSA Information Technologies or its licensors. You may link to the website and quote it briefly with a link back; don't copy it as a whole or present it as your own. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Other names on this website, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Binance or Google, belong to their owners and are used only to say what Tilocto works with; they don't mean those companies endorse it.
No warranty
The website and pre-registration are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be set aside by an agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. The version in force when you use the website applies.
